Judge Marjorie O Rendell: Federal Judge of the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and First Lady of Pennsylvania
JFSLA Guest Panelists in 2009 included:
Jamie Hagerman-- US Women's Ice Hockey Team. Bronze Medalist from 2006 Olympic Games. Also played Ice Hockey and Lacrosse for that small university on the east coast called Harvard. :) Captain of Ice Hockey team at Harvard for 2 years. Also captained 3 teams at Deerfield Academy in HS (hockey, lacrosse, soccer).
MaeOla Bolton -- played basketball at Auburn University, professionally with the WNBA (Detroit Shock) and in Europe, and for the US Women's National Team in the 80's. Also coached collegiately at Univ of Florida and Tulane.
Dr. Dara Quermit-- Doctorate in counseling psychology from Columbia University. Dr Quermit works largely with teen girls and focuses on empowerment and psychotherapy models in her work with them. She is also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor.
Winnie Adrien-- Senior, All-Region player, and captain of soccer team at Ithaca College. Also an Academic All-American.

• College prep panel: Panel (current athletes, coaches, administrators) will discuss what it takes to play at the NCAA level and the balance between collegiate academics and athletics.
• Professional panel (women leaders in the professional field including, medicine, law, business, politics). Panel to discuss obstacles they overcame and their keys to becoming a leader in life.

An independent college-preparatory school, Peddie School serves 514 boarding and day students from 21 states and 22 countries in grades 9 through 12 and a postgraduate year. DIRECTIONS:
Take the N.J. Turnpike Exit 8 (not 8A). Follow Route 33 West, to the first light. Turn left onto Maxwell, then go straight and turn right onto Ward Street. Go over bridge, then take second left into the Peddie School driveway.
If you are coming through Princeton (or from the Princeton Junction train station), take Route 571 east to Hightstown. At the light in the center of Hightstown, turn right and then take the next left onto Ward Street. Follow Ward Street through the intersection with South Main Street, and turn right into the Peddie driveway.
Amtrak (1-800-872-7245) and New Jersey Transit (973-762-5100) provide regular transportation to the Princeton Junction train station, a 10-minute taxi ride from The Peddie School. Suburban Transit (1-800-222-0492) provides bus service from the Port Authority in New York City to Hightstown.
AIRPORTS:
Most major airlines fly into Newark.
