YOU can send one of your players to the Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy in California for FREE!
Puma’s 2012 “Community Service Scholarship” will provide “1” deserving winner with:
- 6 wonderful days at the Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy in Menlo Park, CA July 21-26th.
- Head to toe Puma Gear
To nominate one of your players who “Choose to Matter” in her community, possess leadership qualities, and makes the lives of those around her better, simply send us an e-mail and include the following information:
1) Coach:
Name, Contact Information, Club/Region Affiliation (email and phone info)
2) NOMINEE:
Name, Age, Contact Information (either parent or nominee email and phone info)
3) Brief (400 word maximum – does not include contact info) description of how your nominee demonstrates leadership (on and off the field), and how she chooses to matter by making a difference in the lives of those around her.
***Please include any community service information such as location of community service, hours served, and a contact who can confirm this information.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 25TH - 1 WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON MAY 30th.
Requirements: Nominees must be girls ages 12-18, and available to attend all 6 days of the Camp. They must be in good health and provide proof of insurance.
